Initial and Renewal Order Refund Policy:

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • Within the scope of our 30-day Money Back Guarantee, you can receive a full refund for the purchase of an annual subscription if the request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The 30-day period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated on your order confirmation.
  • Similarly, each annual renewal order qualifies for a complete refund if the request is submitted within 30 days of being charged.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team here
  • You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as the email used to make the purchase, order number, and details of your transaction.
  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • You can expect a response from our team within 24 hours.

Note: Once processed, the refund will reflect on your payment method statement within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Exclusions

  • Refunds for both first time and renewal orders will not be issued after the 30-day period has elapsed.

The following purchases are not eligible for a refund under our policy at PC Matic:

  • Software labeled as Not For Resale (NFR) and complimentary software;
  • Specific PC Matic packages bundled with other third-party offerings (e.g., when a third party sells our subscription alongside a computer);
  • Purchases that are completed, fulfilled, and renewed by a third party (e.g., app store, service provider, reseller, retailer, vendor, etc.);
  • Redeemed PC Matic services or instances where setup has been performed.
