Want to help test out a bunch of really neat upcoming ideas for the world’s biggest video site? Then you’ll want to check out TestTube – what the YouTube folks call an “Idea Incubator” for their services. TestTube is a collection of tools and toys for YouTube that are not quite ready for primetime. YouTube engineers are encouraging you to get your feet wet and provide them with your valuable feedback.
