Who is the biggest threat to the CIO? Everyone and no one, apparently, according to our latest poll question (vote!).
The 46 votes across chief marketing officer, chief financial officer, chief digital officer and other are roughly equal. The other category is the most interesting and JD Irving CIO Martin Davis offer this explanation why he cast his vote this way:
“I voted other…… the CIO is the biggest threat to the CIO. If they take the right steps to change the conversation and provide the right service then the CMO/CFO etc are not a threat.”
