The Toronto Zoo disclosed a ransomware attack detected on January 5, stating that an investigation is underway.

The zoo assured that animal well-being and operations remain unaffected, and online services, including ticket purchases, continue. The incident’s impact on visitor, member, and donor records is being assessed, with confirmation that no credit card information is stored.
