You can download Windows 8 ISO files and burn them to a disk. The Operating System is available for download by Microsoft and you can use it to reinstall Windows 8 or create a Windows 8 .ISO disk that can be used to repair existing installations. In order to use this media, you need to have a valid product key. If you ordered Windows online, you likely have it in a confirmation email for your purchase. The product key is a 25-character code that looks something like this: XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX- XXXXX.
