Customer Feedback
We frequently receive customer feedback in the Pro Sales department of PC Matic. Whenever a customer has an issue, we work together closely with the Support team. However, we’ll frequently also receive feedback telling us just how impressed a customer is.
Jessie recently reached out to us to let us know how impressed their team is with PC Matic. Jessie’s company decided to move away from their current provider. PC Matic is who a contact recommended to them. The team did a “bit of research.” As a result, they contacted us.
Our Sales team helped Jessie with pricing and information. After getting them set up, their Sales rep checked back in. It was then that Jessie responded.

I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised. The tools are excellent and the interface, once we did get used to it, is very functional and gives a lot of options and resources. We haven’t had a problem. It’s been a very positive experience.”
