2/7/2010 1:52:57 PM Very often when I am on the internet Internet Explorer will quit responding. When this happens my PC will freeze up and I won't be able to even close out the window. I will have to hold the power button down to shut it off then restart. Then I sometimes will only be able to start it up in safe mode. It's only 11 months old, it's an Acer with 4GB and 500 GB hard drive with additional 500GB external hard drive. I can't figure it out.
