On ocation they have worked on my computer and without a check I am suppose to give them a rating. Many times the fix that they did did not fix my computer. Supply them with a program that will tell them if what they did fiex the problem.

8/29/2014 3:48:41 PM It's old and slow amd O cam't afford to upgrade it or even go to Windows 7. I am a Veteran, and as a Volunteer I teach Basic Computers. If they pass the course they get a free computer. Now it is not a new one we take Donated computers (usually from people that have bought a new one). 30% of them do not even work, We clean them up, SCRUB the disk with a DOD Scrubber so there is no chance of someone getting someone elses data, and if it needs repair we use other computers for the spare parts to fix them. I also do the repairs so this one is one that I repaired with Spare Parts. It works but it is not great.

2/9/2014 1:16:57 PM It dosent have sufficent memory to install 2.0 software called Dragon naurally speaking. The computer is extremely slow and locks up all the time. Plus I'm always having to restart it right in the middle of programs.
