But when I had to choose btween the two of you I went with PCmatic. You offer so much molre and I have had no occasion to be anything bnut grateful that you folks exist. 8/7/2014 8:52:31 AM My computer is just recovering from a total collapse. A rapir man made major repairs yesterday. Now it seems to be in great working order. I insist on keeping Windows XP because I am too old (90) to try learn new systems. I am overwhelmed wtih the functions of PCMatid!!

8/27/2014 2:24:00 PM I lost use of PCMatic in a severe crash of my computer. I emailed a request for procedures to restore it. It was done automatically with practically no effort or action on my part. It was the most perfect and speedy recovery a computer that I have ever experienced - and I have been using them for a long time. It was almost unbelieveable. I sure am glad that I am dealing with an Amereican Company!! Thanks!!

Super Shield didn't download the first time on the other computer I installed this on but I think it downloaded and installed after the reboot.

I believe they told me that it was like a dual core, but I'm not sure. Maybe you can assist me in determining what I have because I have had some problems with it and may want to purchase a replacement processor for it. It does run slowly at times and I believe that your software, Optimize 3.0, has helped. Sometimes, when it runs slowly, rebooting does help it. I just don't think I should be having this type of problem with it. Anyway, thank you for any help you might be able to provide.

3/28/2010 12:36:16 AM something is going on and i can't find the problem i run all the software i have and everything seems ok but i just have the feeling you get when you drive your car and you know something is differnt but what it is you just don't know you just know it just not right
