1/6/2014 9:36:41 AM I just ran into problems with the PC freezing up. In other words, the mouse was eould not move and the tak manager could not be activated.I could not run Malwarebbytes completely as that would eventually freeze up. I used to use PC PicPitstop years ago but read about it and it`s improvments and decided to try it.I usually can repair my own problems but this .PUP thing has invaded my system and may have caused havoc in the registry. I see that htis is a real problem. I will see what this program will do now.

7/22/2014 8:14:29 AM I had to downlaod and reinstall programs as Vista was corrupted. I installed Windows and reloaded PC MATIC and Magnum to checkit out. It was n ot acting right but believe it was the installation problem. I paid for the program again as I uninstalled the old version but did not get the key but the old key worked. I hate to be a nussiance but lack of some knowledge causes problems.

6/3/2017 11:47:23 AM I run duel monitors. If I try to have a video on each screen, after a few minutes, the system shows a blue error screen and reboots itslef. I replaced the graphics card but it didn't help. Very annoying but not a deal breaker.

7/31/2012 12:14:23 PM PC was working fine until a few days ago, when I re-installed MS Windows7. Ever since, some websites such as e-bay or Amazon.com freeze up when visited, chat sessions freeze up as well.

1/1/2011 1:48:35 PM the computer when booting opens to a dark screen and I have to reboot in safe mode, then when it opens I restart and it opens to a blue screen. I believe it is the ATI Radeon video card. product code AT4870 my service tag is 4BZLRJ1 and both Dell and Microsoft have never been able to fix it. so whenever I start up my computer I have to restart 2-3 times to get a blue screen instead of a dark screen. other than that, the computer is great.
