I had contaced your "tech service" multiply times and never received an answer to help with this issues and had tro wait longer than 24 hours to get a reply. I finally received a quick reply after stating in my message I had already requested help three times. NOT a good way to get started as a new users! Also I was NOT pleased to not being able to TALK diectly to to a tech person over the phone. This all could have been resolved with ONE phone call. Lloyd...

10/30/2013 1:50:19 AM Initial experiance with PC matic is not what I expected. Interface and performance is so far not living up to the claims yet. I will keep trying to use it to scan and repair issues, but so far it has not done what it was advertised to do. I hope it works as claimed, but if I continue to have issues I will seek a refund and uninstall the program.

5/15/2010 1:14:24 PM It WAS running slow and locking up, and we discovered it was overheating, and so we installed a fan and zoooom! It is a factory fault....meaning they built it incorrectly. The temperature inside was over 155 degrees and chips and boards do not like it that hot...trust me!

1/2/2010 1:21:47 PM I've had to be on the phone with tech support many times for this computer. I've had to have Drive C replaced with a new drive C and lost all information that was on the original drive. The techie did not install all my drivers therefore mulitple techies had to install additional ones that had been missed previously. It still locks up 7 times now in the past 2 weeks.
