I did place another order #1946081 for $50 to reactivate my account. I am not sure why the full year subscription wasn't a full year? 5/5/2015 1:32:45 PM My previous antivirus program and the firewall were shut off, presumably by a virus. I've had problems with ads and multiple windows opening. Programs are showing up mysteriously and others are disappearing.

8/16/2014 9:17:34 PM i downloaded a microsoft virus program and it seems to have inserted an ad insert service that is maddening. but i gave permission because i thought it dealt with cookies only. this software seems to have only "optimized" it as it prob thinks i want it on my cpu. I DONT. now what. it is bogging down my cpu by streaming video ads/commercials. How do I get rid of this microsoft herpes?
