8/4/2010 3:11:28 AM There are four family usersfor this computer. Two users experience difficulty. While using the computer, it will suddenly quit and start again going through the whole start-up procedure. (I presume this is called rebooting) This happens sometimes on all programs. Microsoft is confusing to the lay person and really no help. Reporting error is a waste of time. The computer is also extremely slow.
