3/9/2017 11:12:20 PM This computer is a MSI one touch and never worked properly without the keyboard, but it has been ok. It was one of the first ones made like this I think (not sure exactly when I bought it but I think it was in 2009 or 2010). Saw it on TV and liked it so I ordered it. I'm not very computer savvy so I only use it for email, some online searches and minor things like that. It gets really slow sometimes and jerks around, I guess is the best way to explain it, but as computers go, I like it...when it works right. It seems to be working better since the scan so hopefully buying your product is what it needed. Certainly hope so.

11/24/2010 5:16:46 AM The PC is having major issues at start up and shut down. Doesn't boot correctly, desktop icons don't appear sometimes and at shut down doesn't automatically turn off. Also performance is sub-standard.

9/6/2014 3:12:23 PM I had seek help from PCMATIC tech support with #GOI-256901 & #MPZ-484621 tickets number. I responded to last ticket no. & no one answers my question. I changed vista XP os to alleviate the error messages I am getting.
