4/18/2014 2:38:06 PM The outer ridge on the keyboard is abrasive. My old laptop had a rounder edge that is more comfortable. Other than that it appears ok (only having foe a week). While installing Open Office, I think that I picked up something, hopefully,Total Defence will resolve.

2/16/2015 5:42:06 PM the computer does not pick up my wifi connections, it randomly just stops seeing the wifi router. we have three other laptops and they have no issue with this. this Dell is terrible for that and i hoped PCMatic would fix it.
