6/6/2009 1:28:13 PM Bought from CyberPower with no OS and an expectation of loading Windows XP instead of Vista. BIOS is set to only accept Vista, so drivers had to be Slipstreamed into installation disk. Took 2 weeks to figure it out and fix it...6 attempts at reaching Customrer Service failed, but I got it going on my own...great machine, lousy service: WARN OTHERS!!!

8/2/2011 1:12:48 PM Will overheat quickly while running many graphic intensive games. Requires an external cooling platform in order to keep them running for over an hour. Frequently freezes or crashes, sometimes causing the entire screen to go black except for a white box at the cursor's location.
