Reliable and very good support as well as honoring of warranty - key board was defective after, think, 1-1.5 yrs and ASUS replaced without an issue even though warranty had expired. I think that running Windows XP Home Edition contibutes to it's good performance. Easy to transport. Internet works well. I am nearing the point of just buying a new laptop. I mean, 1GB of RAM and a 1.60 Ghz processor isn't exactly blazing, but it shouldn't be lagging with factory programs or general surfing, right? Or am I asking too much from a netbook?
