This is the best that I know about not running the two of them together. The speed of my computer was slower with only one of these installed. I guessed on the maximum speed connections. I am using Road Runner thru ComCast.

2/19/2010 1:09:41 PM Was Hanging up for a few seconds before responding to mouse movements, commands, typing, etc.., but after unchecking Jusched and igfxpers from startup in MSCONFIG it seems to be fine now. Nope, was fine for a little while then not. Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, that helped for a while. If I reboot it seems ok (not quite right, but better) until I use Firefox or Internet Explorer, and then bogs down, even after they are closed.

7/21/2009 5:27:03 PM I added the Avast software to computer and redid the bandwidth test. My score is 1910 download speed/483 upload speed. I am a few points shy (29 to be exact) on the upload speed. I upgraded my system and also asked for a static ip address, i do believe my computer is maxed out for speed. Can some type of exception be made to allow me employment with your company? Very slow to get itself ready to work. Once on the internet, again slow to get on, it works great. The problem seems to be the speed at which it can set up and run programs.

1/11/2010 8:21:17 PM I recently aded RAM (from 512MB to 2GB). It seems a bit faster. I use mostly on Internet (AOL Provider) and it is on Dial Up (so naturally slow for many functions, especially with the 512MB RAM. Have not had 2GB installed long enough to know if that helped. Tech at Target Direct recomended PC Tune UP when I was buying RAM. So, see what happens. Had a lot of trouble geting PC Tune up to run (perhaps the main problem was my Interne connection , but that seems to have fibnaly been resolved). Other than slow (mostly with Internet Dial Up and wondering if AOL is sometimes messing me up) - it has been a reliable computer. DELL Dimension 3000

I hope that this computer blows up in the near future, working on getting a better one, when my Laptop chord comes. Thanks!

1/11/2011 9:31:01 AM From the beginning the computer would not give out any sound...I had bought a inhome repair contract through Dell...every time I called Dell for Repairs I would end up talking to someone from India...they using remote access tried to fix it...after maney tries they crashed the computer and had to send me a number of disks from Dell to boot up my computer...done of what they did corrected the sound problem...therefore I will not buy aor promote Dell in the future!

I changed it from a constant updating capability to one in which I choose when to update. But I'm constantly annoyed by requests to check for updates. If I end up permanently using your system would I be able to permanently disable McAfee Security. I also get frequent situations with messages saying Windows is not responding.e

They do not honor warranties.Period. I have drivers that need updated that Dell/Microsoft/Windows do not support.So I am stuck with an ever increasingly outdated dogpile of crap. I have also tried to update these drivers with your driver detective program and it sucks. I use a ram boost incorp. in tuneup utilities and this processor still underperforms. Motorola's/AT&T's dsl modem overheats and AT&T does not sell a good product either. Folks in the computer business are making a killing at "killing" people. They should feel proud of themselves.

It is CONSTANTLY losing my net connection,web pages freeze-up and won't load, it's white screen city at websites (flashplayer doesn't want to work right in Firefox 3.6.3,and I detest leaky/dangerous IE-any version !) Microsoft office 2003 word docs never open the same way twice.- that program refuses to keep my settings- ie- I don't want any live*anything appearing in docs I open, and the task pane is hit or miss opening in docs. This pc was junk, new out of the box. I think I said that before here.
