1/31/2010 12:07:20 AM Started having problems a few weeks ago. Computer started locking up & required a hard boot to get unfrozen. Called Mcafee & they removed viruses, called Dell & they did some troubleshooting, Comcast came out & checked the connection speed. Added 3 gigs of RAM to a max of 4 gigs. Seems to run slow when connected to the Internet and the performanence jumps to 70% or better of cpu usage when on the net

10/10/2009 3:34:24 AM I am getting RUNDLL errors, I think since I selected a wrong choice in my firewall/antivirus software (Comodo). My biggest issue right now is that I cannot use any item in 'control panel' except for 'administrative tools'. I am unable to resolve this issue because I don't know what caused the problem or where to find out what caused the problem.

7/31/2012 1:44:37 AM "Nginx" has taken over my FaceBook page on my Firefox browser (it seems to be OK on Internet Explorer), so I thought paying #50 would work on my cmptr after seeing your commercials on FOX News. My cmptr is slowing down terribly, & I get get to my FB page 'cuz it's just a white background w/ the phrase "Welcome to nginx!" at the top. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!

I am currently trying to figure out unwanted extensions becoming active in my internet browsers (chrome, explorer, firefox are all being infected); I remove/delete manually but they are not gone permanantly...we'll see if PC Matic can resolve...

9/23/2010 9:19:09 AM For the first year I used PitStop and was very satisfied. After upgrading to PC Matic, I now have lost printer functions and my Adobe Element no longer works. Working back and forth with one of your techs (Vince) I now have my Main HP LaserJet 1020 working. I have tried to reinstall Adobe Element without success. Also after running PC Matic I only had a 1 week ago restore point that did not work. I have expanded the memory for restore points and am still looking for a way to restore Adobe Element Printer so that I can convert Office documents to PDF form.

12/18/2012 2:32:38 PM Old mother-board, but new hard drive and operating system. Two older memory cards, two newer ones. Just not getting the improvements in speed or functionality that I hoped for, not sure why. A lot of web pages load slowly, and are very jerky to navigate around...hard to page down without long pauses. Browser freezes. Doesn't matter that I'm using an old version (3.6.23) of Firefox, version 17 is just as bad, and version 12 not great either. Not sure how to analyze for problem.
