Mcaffee pretty much said their only obligation was to detect the virus and delete it . Wouldnt tell my how to get my computer back so i quit them .

Suffice to say I had to look for a new company and that company Ascentive proved to be even worse. So I am hoping that in choosing PC Matic I will love my computer again.
