9/18/2010 9:49:41 PM New computer of 2 weeks, I installed PC Tune-up and it keeps freezing. There is no hour glass or light bar showing progress, just the % completed and it freezes in the early stages of Defrag 2. I have restarted it and leave it and always come back to it still on 2.35% and not moving.

3/17/2019 3:23:25 PM It's been going slower over time and I can't uninstall Adware. The Adware program keeps sending these pop-up windows all the time wanting to be updated and re-activated. I don't want it, I don't know how to remove it and it's annoying. other than that - things are great. :)

4/16/2010 2:53:15 PM this computer is four days old, it took over 2 hours to set it up with help from one of your stsff. to take files off my old dell computer windows xp is a real pain i received my dell printer/ scanner yesterday. it was sent withoutthe usb cable to connect it to the computer. after an hour and a half and explaining the problem to three dirrefent people i finally gave up. this is why i doubt i'll ever buy anoyher DELL.
