8/25/2013 11:58:23 AM I have have many problems caused by I yogi techs who think they are supper experts. On ocation they have worked on my computer and without a check I am suppose to give them a rating. Many times the fix that they did did not fix my computer. Supply them with a program that will tell them if what they did fiex the problem.

4/2/2011 2:29:44 PM I have had no problems with the PC only when using the internet. It seems that the PC gets garbage from the web and starts getting froze or is very slow giving information throught websites.

8/29/2014 3:48:41 PM It's old and slow amd O cam't afford to upgrade it or even go to Windows 7. I am a Veteran, and as a Volunteer I teach Basic Computers. If they pass the course they get a free computer. Now it is not a new one we take Donated computers (usually from people that have bought a new one). 30% of them do not even work, We clean them up, SCRUB the disk with a DOD Scrubber so there is no chance of someone getting someone elses data, and if it needs repair we use other computers for the spare parts to fix them. I also do the repairs so this one is one that I repaired with Spare Parts. It works but it is not great.
