4/3/2018 10:45:40 PM It has been a problem since I bought it starting with windows 8 not wanting to start up and windows 10 did not load right; the computer locked up on me several times once to the point of almost getting Finally got it to start up and had to do a system recovery lost a lot of stuff including the sound card and have not been able to get it to load. To say I am unstasfied with this computer is being nice.
