1/24/2020 10:13:15 AM I have been extremely satisfied with this computer until recently. For the past 2 weeks it pretty much locks up daily and or runs very slow. Many times we have needed to actually unplug it and then restart it. Hopefully PCMatic can solve this issue.

This time they reinstalled the operating system. And....tech did not even put the computer's side panel on correctly and there was a small dent on the top front.

This device when it freezes or pauses I thought was due to it not connecting to the internet but maybe it was something else causing that issue. It is not running slowly right now but it can.I am going to guess on the year it was purchased because I can't remember the exact year.
