3/19/2018 3:40:12 PM I temporarily lost my eyesight on my only good eye, and I was in the VA hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN for 12days, and my compter was set to sleep. I was afraid it could have been hacked, but it appears to be OK!! THank you.

4/4/2018 1:54:33 PM A Microsoft update has caused a very expensive embroidery program to crash this computer three times. Once HP restored it and twice I have been able to reset it.

5/20/2018 6:52:15 PM I am a bit unsatisfied. I don't understand why PCMatic doesn't OR will not load without an Internet Access. It is just weird! If you are a new user, when you finally see the GUI, it looks like a Advertisement for Shareware. It seems to me, that if you want your Application to be better accepted, you would not have it look like it is a poorly thought out and have a GUI that isn't Intuitive. Then there is the Order of things, once it gets going. Maintence/ Stability/ Security/ Performance. Don't you think the Security aspect ought to be First??? Isn't that the FIRST PIORITY of this Program, to Secure my Computer? All the Utilities can come afterward. But why is the Security a lower priority to than Maintence? And IF I wanted Maintence done, why do I need to be connected to the Internet and logged on to your Website (which slows down traffic and perhaps the Programs overall performance? I ask the question, why in some aspects of this Program is it backwards as to its function & Priorities? And it's slow!!!! If I want to defrag the Computer, I have to go Online for the App to do that. Why? Seriously Why? Some people have complained about using PCMatic and their machine was hacked. I don't know if that is true or false, what are you doing about it? Why aren't your newsletters addressing this? With MacFee, it works with your Internet Browser and alerts you to some bad websites. OK! Sounds like a nice accessory. Why doesn't PCMatic have that? Since you understand this better than I do, why don't you state this stuff giving your customers more confidence in your application? You ought to Redesign your GUI and make it more user friendly, have it look more Professional & Serious and call it PCMatic 4.
