12/7/2015 11:16:19 PM I receieved a solid black screen this morning. I was not able to access anything on this computer. I went trough the motions to do a full restore. It did have me do a back up of all files to an external hard drive. At this time, I can't figure out how to restore those files. I can send you a PDF file or acutal screen shots of what is in the back up on the 1 TB hard drive. Thank you, Fred Dooley [email protected]

12/17/2019 4:20:43 PM It runs super slow, to the point, it shuts itself down. It is very frustating when I am trying to import my pictures and videos, and it will freeze and or shut it down!! But since you just ran the PCMatic it's like it's new again!!
