11/15/2021 2:41:36 PM I have had to contact Dell 4 tmes since I bought this laptop a year ago. I had problems with headphones not working when plugged in, microphone not working, and installation of updates causing the above listed problems. Dell was able to guide me through steps to correct the issues, but most of the time they had to use their technicians to search for a solution to the problem. Once the problem was fixed, it staued fixed until thee was another update. My issues have been with the use of a headset or the microphone while using the head set.
