10/27/2012 2:25:49 AM Running slower than normal only for past few months. Windows media player and real player will freeze every few days requiring reboot to fix. Hopefully changing to TD products will fix issues.

Please give me time to get to knoe this computer but from all accounts, it is a very good system so I expect very good things from it.

3/28/2010 3:01:12 PM The compuetr screen blacks out when I conduct a complete scan. The drivers needed are not yet available for my laptop. The problem has been reported to CA against Work ID 6327158.

3/7/2010 1:05:23 PM the pc isn't shutting down properly... shut before the windows shuts down, a background error for non-responsiveness appears then windows proceeds to shut down into the blue screen notifying me as the user, "shutting down..." but never pc never shuts off...

3/20/2010 3:29:32 AM I am satisfied with this computer, however, PC Tune-Up keeps trying to download an optional driver and installs it without asking if I want it, and it locks up my computer. The fix requires a safe mode start up to remove the driver. An option to deny an installation would be appreciated.

1/22/2011 9:11:10 AM I will be online in college and typing a paper when the site will time out and shut me out, and I will have to re-log-in. I lose work and it is frustraiting. The same happens when I am in the discussion forum. this may be due to the college, but I wanted to mention this. sometimes it is slow, especially at home. I am getting lots of matchmaker and singles junk mail of which I am uninterested in. do I unsubscribe when I did not subscribe, just delete, or what?

5/4/2015 8:08:03 PM Even though I am paying for extra internet speed, the running of videos on YouTube stops and starts and is very slow. Cablevision says that it is my computer. Sometimes when typing in Word, I will type severl characters but there is a pause before they appear on the screen. The computer seems to be running much slower then in the past.
