12/3/2016 12:24:51 PM Overall, it's just been lagging or freezing whether it be from just browsing the interent/Facebook or if I'm playing Steam games such as Skyrim (low settings still randomly shuts down).

9/19/2014 7:35:10 AM Alienware didn't cover the other brands it used in making this computer such as the bigfoot wireless adapter which hasn't worked right since i've owned it. I have had warranty work done on it and they simply told me there is no fix. Also the battery must disconnect or somthing is loose because the computer doesn't work unless it is plugged in. I will never buy another alienware. I'm sad that dell ruined the company.
