Program keeps asking for code which it accepted the first time, but when I scan, it starts the process all over again and keeps repeating the same issue over and over, I scan, asks for code, rescan, asks for code. Program is totaly useless to me if it wont run.

3/9/2015 6:31:44 PM I have spent countless hours trying to find why I get dropped from internet connections. Turnd pc over had techs work on it onetime 4 days in row. I get a call from India claiming thay have my pc id # and know I have a problem they claim is a virus that only they can fix! Keep calling me they have web page but are not on the MS list of certified techs? Use company out of Miami FL called One bit IT, Blue Cloud seem very reputable have done many cleans and sweeps can't find virus. Last tech said my down load was .68 mbs and that I needed a faster connection? Funny my wife has same processor and make pc and no issues using same wi-fi setup. I am switching to Charter Cable rather than using AT&T with outdated wire service to home. Charter cable, Gatlinburg TN says speed will be 10 times faster hope that works but still feel have an issue with actual laptop pc? Not even your pc-matic finds issue. I do like your product however. It is an intermitten drop usually when first go to a web site. the ms repair connection keeps saying default gateway is not available check for loose wires, or possibly security set too high. All of these are not the issue and wife has no issues with her being dropped? Up for any ideas?
