12/12/2011 10:43:10 PM Computer will freeze up from time to time after it has been put to sleep. Also sometimes my MP3 playback will have a stutter in the music. Totally unacceptable. I've had a Mac laptop for 10 years and it has never givin me this kind of trouble. Lousy PC OS!

When starting up, and has the option to start normally or start in safe mode, the arrow keys do not function, nor does the enter key. Also, it has been crashing recently. 6/22/2015 9:19:08 PM It has gotten slower and slower. Bringing up Chrome Browser sometimes takes a minute or so; just a white screen shows at first. Really, bringing up any application takes longer than it should - it reminds me of mainframe days. Sometimes the computer shuts itself off when I don't want it to, such as in the middle of a PC scan.
