7/22/2014 12:34:16 PM I purchased it at Best Buy. Within the first month, I had to bring it in to Geek Squad because my libraries would not open. Then after they fixed that, the computer crashed and they had to replace the motherboard and hard drive under manufacturer;s warranty. So, I decided to try PCMatic. So far I like it. Hope it will help me be protected from viruses and malware, etc.

5/28/2018 5:16:54 PM This computer has ben slow from day one and the DVD player sometimes takes 10 times of trying to load disc to get it to play. When this was purchased it was 800 dollars. It was given to me as a gift. I have a desk top with a bad sector on the hard drive that has 98 percent memory taken up and it is still faster than this one.
