9/27/2010 8:28:38 PM Internet explorer runs extremely slow and the boot time is quite long. The pc is maxed out at 1 gb of memory and over time has continued to slow down. I have removed all unnecessary programs (data,music etc). There are times when internet explorer simply stops running and has to be stopped, cpu utilization also can stay at 100% for extended periods.

During this time the audio runs continuous and uninterrupted but the video lags way behind the audio and never catches up.
