11/10/2017 10:06:43 AM Computer is great, its new. Sometimes when it goes to sleep it freezes upon starting and needs to be manually reset. That is the only issue I have had at all.

1/30/2018 4:58:48 PM Large and clunky for a laptop--it is a gaming PC. I bought it for the quality of the internal components, not for gaming. It offered the best quality i.e. solid state drive, lots of RAM, excellent NVIDIA graphics, multiple USB ports, HDMI. RAM and hard drive are user serviceable which is hard to find these days. It has an open bay for second hard drive. I just don't like how big and heavy it is but I knew this when I bought it. It was the best quality for the price at the time I needed to buy it.

11/3/2018 5:24:57 AM 1 I have no clue which pc is which! need to be able to name them so can identify them 2 when reseting pc and installing pc mattic it does not remove old and replace it seems to just give new name with numbers I have to guess and try to remove the old seems not to be user friendly

7/11/2018 3:32:16 PM I just reset my computor to factory because there was some type of virus on it now I set it up reloaded pc matic than installed firefox and chrome when activated pc matic extension to firefox it showd some kind virus by you and I blocked it fte I di up saing I had a virus fromsome porn tracker and I was not to close ow to call microsoft please ix my pc
