My computer does run slowly sometimes, but I don't know if it's the online program I'm using or something else. I also had to pay to have my computer restarted because it locked up after I uninstalled McAfee, AND after installing your program. I have only had this computer for about 3 weeks. Hopefully, I won't have any further problems, but I thought you should know. |

9/6/2017 6:41:06 AM | Hard drives have failed twice, the rouchpad is too sensitive and it is physically too close to the keyboard. It has proven to be very unreliable. Then there is YOUR software that is good in general, but your customer support is non-existent! Spent weeks, literlaly, weeks, trying to get a problem with your software resolved - and it was never resolved. |
