12/1/2018 9:42:37 AM Like computer but two days ago it told me that it had encountered a problem and needed to restart. It also had an E drive appear. It was running windows 10 at the time and I had to use a backup disk that was windows 8 that originally came with this computer.

3/26/2018 8:31:37 PM Something caused my hard drive to lock up. I've had to uninstall everything and reinstall the orig of Windows 8 that came with it. I had to uninstall it from my PCMatic account. Now I am trying to reinstall it as a new computer on my account.
