4/15/2015 7:19:34 PM the only thing I am not happy with is when I have a technical problem there's no one to speak with. I tried to contact someone last year and I wrote in a comment text area and I never heard from anyone. Right now I'm not sure if super shield was installed.

7/5/2015 2:13:04 PM I am not a heavy PC user. This computer allows me to do eamil and minor research and some shopping. It runs a bit on the slow side but that is mostly the provider. We lve in a very remote part of Maine and are linked via Premium Choice (micro wave I think) but we are not hard wired.
