4/28/2018 12:28:05 PM I love this computer, it has a 'soft' to feel carbon hand pad with lighted keyboard keys, I thought I'd miss the fact that it does not have an inturnal disc drive but I haven't, I have a Dell provided exturnal disc drive that works great, if/when I purchase another computer it'll be this exact model.

6/20/2020 4:36:50 PM I was satisfied with it until the solid state hard drive died. I just picked it up today after having a new hard drive installed. Found out the old hard drive, the one that died, was only used by Dell for a short period of time. Perhaps because they weren't reliable... Still don't know if my data will be recoverable, but if so, it won't be inexpensive. With respect to your 2 questions below, prior to the hard drive dying, the answer would be no. Obviously, the answer is still no, as indicated below, since I'm just starting with the new hard drive.
