8/16/2021 1:46:49 PM I received this hp laptop through Sams Club about three days ago. When it arived, it had a backlit keybord. Loved it.It does not have a backlit keypbosrd now.I don't know what happened. Would you be willing to remedy the keyboard problem? Please thank Steve for tolerating my chidish rant. Computers are difficult for me.
