1/27/2011 2:25:01 PM This HP laptop has been enormously troublefree for years. Recently, it takes forever for programs and files to load. I notice that typing does not always appear as quickly as I type. If I go away for awhile, when I come back, the internet connections are so slow or "not responding." Outlook will not send or receive because it asks me for a network username and password. I'm not even on a network, let alone know a password. Help! I love this laptop.

9/25/2010 2:42:27 PM TOOOO SLOW!! Regular is bad, but worse getting online. Takes upto 25 min. sometimes. Keeps loosing the intrnet connection, & I am on cable. Unable to use keyboard without restarting it up to 10-15 times to get it to type.
