2/9/2010 4:52:18 PM I am overall very happy with this PC. Periodically, when I install and de-install softwares, especially online, I find that the op sys gets sluggish. I have found that PC Optimize has helped with alot of that. Usually, after I do an install/de install of hardware, I run the PC optimizer to get things back on course

3/4/2010 6:33:24 PM From the time I turn the computer on it takes me anywhere from 9 minutes up 23 minutes to get to the internet. I get error messages that internet explorer is not responding. I can end and sometimes it will then come up much quicker.

12/7/2009 2:02:17 PM I have used this computer for a long time and I am used to it. Recently I had a problem or virus? and had to remove a lot of personal things and still cannot get them back on here. I have a virus I use Kapersky Anti-Virus, in which a friend highly recommened to me and I am having some issues with it. I had a huge problem last week and had to remove a lot of personal items off and now I cannot get them back on here due to the Anti-Virus. Otherwise I like this computer and guess I am just used to it.

8/16/2010 6:18:35 PM MS IE8 is a piece of junk and does not work, I suspose, unless all of MS Office Suite is installed. IE8 won't work with ATT.Yakoo/Att.net installed as my ISP. I will now get IE7 for my browser. Att.Yahoo stopped providing the Navigator Browser almost a year ago. Other browsers are not very good either. I wish you could fix the browser situation. Thanks. 10/6/2010 12:46:52 AM i believe there have been so many different os loaded on thislaptop it's probably having an identity crises!!! i have even come across many sytsem 32 .dll.s but this is supposed to be ntsf. i wonder if anyone ever thought to delete the recovery parttion on the hard drive or a destrucive recovery format to give me more space without having to buy more ram sticks. I can't afford them right now with only my disasbility income--oh well........

I've been deleting browsing history especially after doing internet searches also, just did disc clean up, & deleted files that I haven't been using; it was a bit faster yesterday, but still slow. 4/26/2009 10:42:15 PM This PC was given to me at the end of Jan of 09. It had little to no virus protection, spyware protection, malware protection and so on. It was slow to load and often froze up. However after installing some awesome free security and protection it performs great! This PC was born in Jan 2005 and considering its age still keeps up speed wise and has worked very well! I must admit in could use an uprade on Ram and even a updated video card. I am very happy with this PC! Imagine if I had this PC except it was a 2009 model.

That is why I purchased PCMatic...even thugh I was led to believe it was "free"....to solve the problems. I have not upgraded to Widows 7 and wonder if it is worthwhile or should I buy a new PC.
