9/6/2016 1:08:53 PM microsoft installed windows 10 without my authorization and that was when all my problems began, I have now reloaded windows 8 to it and it seems to be running the way it did before they installed windows 10. I had PC Matic with windows 8 and everything was working but with windows 10 the supershield quit working totally.

10/2/2014 8:37:22 AM Very limited use. I purchased for e-mail and minimal internet access, like weather and e-mail. For 3 months now, I get pop ups constantly. Very annoying. Can you eliminate pop-ups?

12/18/2015 3:53:17 PM The keyboard on this Lenovo PC is very touchy and the prompt always jumps all over the screen. I had to do a full restore recently so I am hopeful that it will be faster when browsing. It has been very slow in the past.
