12/4/2018 5:11:48 PM I was very satisfied until programs were wiped out ans I have spent many hours trying to get everything reinstalled,etc. I am 77 years old and have used computers at work then also at home when they became available. At my age I have no need to use the more sophisticated apps, I just want it back the way it was. My Carbonite was also wiped out so since PC Matic is restored I will work on getting the Carbonite restored then download files and programs,Did not mean to write a book.

10/15/2016 9:05:50 AM I AM NOT SATISFIED 100% BECAUSE LIKE MOST COMPUTERS THERE SEEMS TO BE ALWAYS SOME PROBLEM WITH IT . RIGHT NOW I HAVE A MALAH.NET VIRUS AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF IT .ALSO I HAVE OTHER INTERMITTENT POP UPS AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO .
