12/14/2017 12:35:22 PM I loved it until two days ago when McAfee installed a face recognition program that locked me out. A friend told me to try a USB keyboard because my laptop keyboard was also shut down. Other than this...it has always worked beautifully.

7/6/2017 8:18:20 PM This Lenovo was built with technology other PC's mfg. were not using yet. My system is still more advanced then others I know that just purchased recently. I have paid Microsoft for their support package, yet I still have problems, even to the point I had to purchase your package since I have been getting more Malware and viruses that Microsoft has be unable to detect. Therefore, I have had to try and see if PC Matic is able to continue where Microsoft has failed me, including the loss of time fand money, more so, the integrity and trust I have lost with Microsoft. I have used PC Matic when it first came out years ago, now its reversed if PC Matic is able to locate the problem I have been experiencing for the past month or so. I will keep you all posted. At this exact time I am still having the problem. We will see.

12/23/2016 10:26:00 AM I think the computer itself is fine....I get upset with software that all of a sudden apppears THAT I DON'T want. For instance, recently on my google browser - ther appeared a 'HOME PAGE' address that I did not request and when I delete it (change the homepage)...it comes right back again. It is "hp://myway.etc etc"
