2/28/2022 4:05:02 PM Emergency purchase at Costco a couple of years ago... did not start using until last year when my main old Toshiba Windows 7 laptop stopped booting up. I really do not know Windows 10... very frustrating for an old lady!

2/16/2020 3:54:42 PM THis computer is new so no problems. But on my previous computer I could never get PC Matic to work and after several attempts thru tech support I just gave up. I am not very "techy" so a more basic explanation is needed. I am not totally unfamiliar with computers either so I am disappointed. We will see how this goes. I was seriously thinking of going with McAfee this time.

12/27/2021 6:05:31 PM it keeps going from one screen to another, it flickers a lot it won't stay in one area cannot use it without it jumping from one place to another and some people who said they were with PC Matic checked my computer wanted me to pay for tech services and to updste my microsoft program up to $249.00 I thought that my yearly payment covered everything that PC Matic did for me.
