8/3/2015 12:53:18 PM The computer was purchased used, but ran smoothly for the first while I had it. It did not take long for it to slow down so bad that I opted to wait to get to a desk top to do work. In other words it was so damn slow I didnt use it, but I cannot afford a new one so I am looking to fix this one.

1/31/2014 4:33:06 PM Your text instructions during the registration process say registration isn't required yet when I tried to skip registration and clicked next, then entered the activation code the software kept kicking me back to the 'have activation code' 'need activation code' window, over and over.
