I just want it to work when needed. Am I going to run this in the future or is it 'going to run in the cloud' and a report sent to me? You do not make this clear.

12/22/2011 10:10:00 AM The internet security software reduces the speed of the computer drastically. It appears to be monitoring every action at times, even on Skype, as sometimes the person I am talking to cannot hear me clearly. my voice is muffled, they tell me. I am a 65 year old pensioner and the problems with this computer is the biggest stress in my life. I expect when I pay for a service to get good, honest produsts/service.
