7/29/2015 7:31:35 AM the lower left corner of monitor screen has a window icon to advise status of download to windows 10 . it stated that there was problem with athwbx.sys and it needed to be corrected before download . So i went to search for correction and downloaded a safeBytes program I think they updated a driver not sure . I had used your product before on one of my other computers and was satisfied . I forgot I could put it on 4 other computers so i placed it it on this computer . I am not sure if problem taken care of . Waiting for windows 10 download. Computer kept turning off and needed to be rebooted . It seems to be working ok now not sure

7/20/2012 10:11:12 PM Would lock up or black screen on a regular basis, and would fail to load windows at least 2x-3x per month. Have lost weeks of accounting data on more than one occassion.

6/21/2012 7:35:15 PM I've had nothing but blue screen and shut downs. Now there's music in the background that I can't get rid of. I have to keep my computer on mute. There's definitely something wrong.
